Summertime is outdoor pool time – and a water slide is as much a part of the experience as the smell of sunscreen and poolside fries. Klarer Freizeitanlagen AG is once again presenting numerous projects in indoor and outdoor pools this year, promising sliding fun for all age groups.
In Velbert-Langenberg (Mettmann district, located between Essen and Wuppertal), outdoor swimming enthusiasts can finally enjoy the new Nizzabad natural outdoor swimming pool Cool off. For family-friendly action, there's a compact slide duo from Klarer, consisting of a 21-meter-long water slide and a wide slide, both of which empty into the natural, unheated, and unchlorinated pool.

Pure water fun – even in bad weather
Should the sun decide to play hide-and-seek again, a visit to the indoor water park is a good idea. At the end of 2025, the... Rheinwelle in Gau-Algesheim (Near Bingen, Rhineland-Palatinate) two new slides have been put into operation, replacing the existing ones. A turbo slide and a tire slide have been created, which are combined in the innovative "Meet & Greet" module: On a straight track, the two slides run directly above each other, with the underside of the turbo slide on top made of transparent acrylic. This allows riders from both slides to meet in this globally unique feature. The special sliding experience is rounded off by state-of-the-art and interactively selectable LED effects.
Klarer was also allowed to represent Denmark in the Idrætscenter Vendsyssel in Vrå a two-lane "Magic Twice" installation. This runs entirely inside the indoor pool area and, in addition to varied daylight effects, also features two "Fake Slide»-elements.

In France, two campsites were made more attractive with new water slides: The Camping Aloua in Sevrier Capfun campsite now offers a wonderful children's area with a triple slide and a small turbo slide for kids, each 16 meters long.
